We have an official call to action for Bill Hardwick’s HB1955 as it has been moved to committee but as of yet, no hearing has been scheduled. I reported on Thursday of a possible hearing but that turns out not to be the case (not the first time for me to make a mistake). I borrowed this call to action from Jim Pelis’s post on Facebook… (Nice job Jim!)

January 30th, 2024. Knock and Shock & Rally/Protest day is this coming Tuesday. A flyer is being made for it and will be done soon. The two bills we are supporting are HB1955 (Representative Hardwick’s Constitutional Money Act) and SJR61 (Senator Moon’s Concurrent Majority IP Reform).

Knock and Shock begins at 9:00AM and officially ends at 5:00PM. We have two home bases for coats and lunchboxes, Senator Eigel’s Office (room 227) and Representative Hardwick’s office (room 205). For Backup space, we have Holly Jones office (room 115A) and Chad Perkins’s office (room 404B). After Knock and Shock is completed, Retha and I are headed to Owensville, Deb’s Diner actually for another school bond presentation specific to Gasconade RII. Anyone is welcome to attend.

I have been asked by MANY folks in the past week what the heck is going on at the capitol. We’ll talk about this tonight. We’ll also have Isaac with us tonight to open our eyes to what may be happening in the background while there is “chaos” in the Senate. (Note to self: keep tabs on Plocher and legislation that is moving in the House when other distractions arise).

The Rally/Protest: At 11:00AM on January 30th (flyer attached) on the second floor of the capitol, grassroots from all over the state of Missouri will be officially protesting the actions by Senate Pro Tem (Caleb Rowden) and the Senate Floor Leader (Cindy O’Laughlin) and their removal of 4 Senators from their committee seats. The Rally will also help to push forward IP reform legislation. This think slice of a moment in time is actually 18 years in the making. Eighteen years of General Assembly stalling, fighting, obfuscating, misdirection…etc. All the while many folks have been elected over the years with the promise of making IP reform happen. There are many arguments on both sides of this issue but the fact remains, it’s a giant loophole for folks with deep pockets to change the Missouri constitution (whether they live in state or not). Soros and Bloomberg types prey on this type to loophole in several states by funding ballot initiatives that cater to the democrat base. This year, we are facing 2 possible ballot initiatives that will restrict the right to self-defense (destroying SAPA) and put abortion up to 9 months with no restrictions in the Missouri Constitution. Senator Mike Moon’s SJR61 is the best antidote.

Concurrent majority whether based on House districts or Congressional districts WILL NOT change the signature requirements to get a petition on the ballot. For a deep dive into the mechanics of IP reform, please visit Ron Calzone’s page.

John’s Williams with the Missouri Liberty report was live last night. John reported on what his Washington DC trip was like and images he was able to capture there. He also reported on the current situation in Jefferson City. You can find the video on Rumble or You Tube.

Sam Britton with Missouri Liberty Radio will be live on Sunday at 6:00PM. Be sure to tune in!

I will be attending the Prepared Homestead meeting on Sunday (tomorrow) at 2:00 PM and will be speaking at the meeting as well.

I would like to encourage EVERYONE who possibly can to attend the rally in Jefferson City on the 30th at 11:00 AM. This is important gang. Join us for Knock and Shock too. Here’s a parking guide if you have never been to the Capitol before…

I hope to see many of you tonight.

May God bless us all with good health and with wisdom and courage.

The Real Swamp Creatures

Who are the Real Swamp Creatures?

Who are the real swamp creatures? You decide. Are they those who impose punitive action on their opposition in the name of preserving the status quo and then run from the press after their statement? Or, are they the ones who’s voices that are being silenced and stay with the press to answer all their questions after their rebuttal? Please watch to the end for rebuttle.

Jan. 20 News Letter

Happy Saturday gang. We will be live again tonight at 7:30PM tonight (1-20-24). We’ll be live on Rumble, Twitter (X), Odysee, You Tube and Facebook. We’ll talk about what’s going on in Jefferson City, silver and gold legislation and more.

Some see what is going on in Jefferson City as a madhouse, chaos, rebellion or “extremism.” Here is what I see. I see many corporatist bills making it through the legislative process. I see most grassroots bills and GOP priority bills languishing waiting for committee assignment. Two examples:

  1. Senator Mike Moon’s SJR61 (Concurrent majority IP reform) is currently the BEST bill for IP reform and the majority of Republicans support it. Yet, Caleb Rowden (Senate Pro Tem) hasn’t seen fit to assign it to a committee as of yet. Ron Calzone exposed the reason for this last year in an open letter. The Missouri Realtors Association paid out PAC money to leadership to kill concurrent majority IP reform. It’s literally that simple gang. This is the same strategy employed by House Speaker Dean Plocher last year, ignore concurrent majority IP reform completely, so is Senate Pro Tem Caleb Rowden. Both received money from the Missouri Realtors Association to do so. Rogue Politics produced a video about this in 2023.
  2. Representative Bill Hardwick’s HB1955 (Constitutional Money Act) has not seen a committee assignment either, despite its popularity and its constitutionally based ideas that have passed easily in other states with broad support from both sides of the political spectrum. Missouri seems more and more to be the epicenter of the politically partisan “Twilight Zone.” I think it’s time to swamp Dean’s office with phone calls asking for a committee assignment for HB1955. We’ll talk about this tonight.

This should NOT surprise anyone who follows Missouri politics. This is business as usual status quo stuff. IP reform is listed as the highest priority for the GOP, yet nothing is getting done with IP reform even though “leadership” in both Missouri Houses are “GOP.” “Leadership” is playing the “crazy” card with folks who are trying to keep the caucus on the straight and narrow. Sound familiar? It should ring a bell because this is the struggle we see in Washington DC as well. We have officially traveled for enough down the road of socialism that “go along to get along” politics are becoming untenable for those who are not Squishies or RINOs. This SHOULD matter in terms of legislation as well as the 2024 elections. Watching this from afar and eating popcorn will not help those literally fighting for liberty in Jefferson City. Those in Jefferson City who are fighting for concurrent IP reform deserve our support.

I visited with Paul with the Talk Junkies last Sunday night. That visit has yet to be posted on any of the Junkie’s socials. I will link it when it is publicly posted.

I visited with Ron’s Basement on Thursday morning. We were able to get 2 videos done. Video 1, Video 2 (not yet released – expected Sunday morning).

I also visited with Finance and Liberty (Dunagun Kaiser) yesterday (Friday) morning. That video will premier Sunday night (I believe).

John Williams with the Missouri Liberty Report had a unique and interesting show last night. John has been following the story of the Hernandez family in Georgia. Johnathan and Jennifer Williams joined John to help get information and an update on this story. This video can be found on both You Tube and Rumble.

Sam and Trish Britton with Missouri Liberty Radio will be welcoming back Dr. Charles Lewis, a doctor and an executive board member of UPMA (United Precious Metals Association). An expert on gold and silver as well as natural healing, Dr. Lewis is a fascinating person has worked for liberty by exposing political corruption, supporting legislation for natural healing, gold and silver legal tender…etc. Dr. Lewis is a popular guest on Off the Cuff and he will be taking your phone calls during the live interview. Tune in tomorrow (1-21-24) at 6:00 PM Central time to 101.3FM (Owensville Missouri) or listen live from the radio stream on Sam’s website.

PLEASE do not forget January 30th for Knock and Shock at the Missouri capitol. We’ll be working on getting silver and gold legislation going in the House and Senate. Usual time, from 9:00AM till 5:00PM. As always, I’ll have a flyer prepared and print out enough for the campaign at the capitol. When Knock and Shock is done, Retha and I have been invited back to Owensville for a follow up meeting about Gasconade RI and RII. This will be at Deb’s Barn in Owensville Missouri at 6:30 PM on January 30th (107 W. Lincoln Owensville, MO 65066). Everyone is welcome. Unfortunately, school officials in Gasconade RI and RII never seem to show up for these meetings. Media coverage in the local newspaper is coming soon, courtesy of John Grady. School districts do not have a canned defense mechanism for folks who figure out their “immoral accounting shell games and deceitful bond ballot language” so we anticipate they will continue to pull on the heartstrings of the local folks…”let’s pass this bond for the kids.”

This is an important aspect of the Missouri Freedom Initiative. We are actively making sure people understand the language on ballots concerning school bonds, we are exposing questionable and immoral accounting practices of public schools and working with folks in school districts to understand how a new bond passage will affect them financially. We have also exposed how maxing out bond capacity is a nationwide effort for the April ballot. This comes down to property rights folks, plain and simple.

BTW gang, the Senate version of the Constitutional Money Act is moving. Senator Bill Eigel’s SB735 has been voted out of committee. The Tenth Amendment Center has already reported on the status of SB735 here.

That’s about it for now gang. I hope to see you tonight on the live stream.

May God bless us all with good health and with wisdom and courage.

Yours for liberty,

Patrick Holland

Jan. 13 News Letter

Happy Saturday gang. We will be live again tonight (1-13-24 7:30 PM) with several topics. You can join us on any of these links. Twitter (X), Rumble, Odysee, You Tube and Facebook.

Recently, a Missouri omnibus bill that was passed in 2022 was struck down by the Missouri Supreme Court. It was unconstitutional and many of the people who voted for it knew that the title had problems. This is why bill titles matter in the legislative process. Single subject bill titles often go through changes as amendments are added. We saw SB100 go through 3 title changes and each change broadened the scope of the bill making it ripe for amendments that had nothing to do with silver or gold legal tender. This is how “Christmas tree” bills are created. Every time the bill title changes to a less specific subject, more ornaments (bills) can be “placed on the tree.” This problem has been known for quite some time and no matter who is internally elected to leadership this is never addressed. This is generally never discussed because in almost all instances, Squishies (Corporatists) and RINOs are elected to leadership positions. This is an ongoing problem that is beginning to get some attention because of the recent Supreme Court decision as well as Senator Eigel’s recent discussion on the Missouri Senate floor. With the inclusion of HR11 (passed by the Missouri House on January 11, 2023) we have all the ingredients necessary for more omnibus Christmas tree bills. Folks like Tom Martz (Locke and Smith Foundation) and Ron Calzone (Missouri First) have been shouting from the roof-tops about this problem for decades. In recent years, Senator Mike Moon has regularly brought this topic up on the Senate floor to deaf ears – repeatedly. We’ll consult the seldom followed Missouri Constitution and view its haunting disposition on this VERY topic tonight. We’ll also discuss more recent omnibus bills that have used medical tyranny that can be tracked back to the World Health Organization’s agenda. Also, Senator Caleb Rowden (Senate Pro Tem) admitted to not reading bills before bringing them to the floor for a vote and allowing omnibus bills to be voted on without reading them. We can be thankful for his honesty but that doesn’t help the fact that SB70 and SB157 passed in 2023. Both bills turn over Missouri’s oversight on Missouri medical licensure to unelected federal authorities. Most folks didn’t even know this happened – including me. The current best solution is OBVIOUS and VERY Constitutional. The General Assembly should vote down any and all Christmas tree bills from this point forward, even if good bills are stuck to the omnibus bill, the subject matter and single title bills NEED to be how business is conducted in Jefferson City to keep tyranny out of our state AND to stay Constitutional. I would love to blame lobbyists for this problem too but it’s akin to blaming a scorpion for stinging its prey – it’s the scorpion’s nature to do so. Lobbyists DO NOT vote, they pay others to do that for them <wink, wink>.

Wednesday (1-10-24) was a busy day at the capitol in Jefferson City and we’ll also discuss this tonight and strategies to move forward with the Constitutional Money Act. Bill Eigel’s SB735 is moving and we need to get Representative Bill Hardwick’s HB1955 moving as well. We’ll discuss this tonight. Also, Missouri’s SAPA will be heard on February 16th in the 8th Circuit Court in St. Louis. We’ll go over the details tonight. Also, please do not forget to mark your calendars for January 30, 2024. It’s our next Knock and Shock campaign date. Hopefully the weather cooperates for this one. Hopefully, we can get plenty of folks to join us at the capitol.

Although we are slowly gaining more co-sponsors for HB1955, we need more. We need to continue to call/email our reps and ask them to co-sponsor (if they haven’t already) and also ask for this bill to be referred to committee (preferably Government Efficiency and Downsizing). We did originally recommend the same committee it was heard in last year chaired by Representative Doug Richie. However, there are rumblings in the capitol that since Doug called on Plocher to resign the speakership after Plocher’s 3rd scandal in 2 months (double-dip accounting) was made public. Apparently, Representative Dean Plocher’s feelings were hurt by those in the General Assembly who called on him to step down and those folks apparently shouldn’t expect any courtesy from Plocher this year. He’s apparently holding a grudge. For that reason, we need to call our reps and ask them to meet with Representative Plocher (who controls committee assignments as Speaker) to place HB1955 in Government Efficiency and Downsizing. Ask for them to let you know how the meeting went, for follow up. If they do not follow up, resume your phone calls and emails to them until they do follow up. Remember, these Representatives were “hired” by folks in their district to REPRESENT the people. You are one of their people they are representing. A request to a Representative from a constituent to speak directly with Plocher on your behalf to move HB1955 into committee falls into what they are elected to do. I will call my rep’s office tonight and leave a message live on the stream. Do not forget, Dean Plocher wants to be elected your Lt. Governor in November.

John Williams with the Missouri Liberty report had an interesting guest on his show last night (1-12-24). Jason Lyon from “You are the Power” talked about his national grassroots action based organization and how they go about solving local government problems nation-wide. This was WONDERFUL to hear and find out about this grassroots force which I had never heard of before. John’s show was on You Tube and on Rumble.

Sam Britton will be welcoming Missouri Senator Andrew Koenig on his show “Off the Cuff” on Sunday night (January 14, 2024) starting at 6:00PM Central Time on Missouri Liberty Radio. Senator Koenig is running to be the next Missouri Treasurer and he likes silver and gold AND depositories. Please consider listening in on Sunday and even calling in with your questions. I will not be able to join Sam as I will be recording an interview with the Talk Junkies Sunday night for release next week. For hours 2 and 3, Retha will be joining in with Sam, Trish and Duncan to talk about the Gasconade RI and RII school districts and the meeting in Swiss Missouri on Missouri Liberty Radio is on 101.3FM in Owensville, Missouri. However, Sam also streams his station on the web to increase his reach.

I am also working out a time to visit with Ronald Branstetter (Ron’s Basement) sometime next week.

That’s about it for now gang. I hope to see you tonight on the live stream.

May God bless us all with good health and with wisdom and courage.

Patrick Holland
