Hey gang! I hope you all made it through this last storm OK. lever Missouri has 7-8 inches of snow. I promised an e-mail update if anything changed because of the weather for tomorrow’s hearing. Well, unfortunately it has. All hearings for tomorrow (Monday) have been cancelled. The hearing for Mike Moon’s APA (SB952) has been re-scheduled for Tuesday at 12:30 – 1:45. If anyone can make it to testify on behalf of this bill, it would be greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, I cannot make it there on Tuesday. However, for those who cannot make t to the capital, we’ve been granted one more day to get in a witness form. Please consider filling out this witness form, especially if you cannot testify in person.
URGENT CALL TO ACTION: There is awitness form we can all fill out in support of Senator Moon’s SAPA. PLEASE fill this form out BEFORE Monday morning if you can. Witness forms can be filled out whether or not you can make it in person to testify and it is an important metric for the committee to see.
It’s time to start calling/emailing our Representatives and asking for co-sponsorships for SAPA. In this case, there is only one version in the House that matches the intent, language and lock-down title of Senator Moon’s version and that is Representative Bryant Wolfin’s HB3002.
