Hey gang…

Surprise! The Constitutional Money Act, amended by Senator Mike Moon to HB754 was passed by the Missouri House 118-10 yesterday (5-5-25). We are waiting for information regarding the governor’s signature on the bill for it to officially become codified into Missouri law (We’ve heard the governor likes it very much and is looking forward to signing).

After the signing, I will release an official press statement about the bill.

This is a massive win for the people of Missouri. My thanks to everyone who showed support for this bill by visiting the capital and talking to legislators, those who made phone calls and e-mailed legislators and those who worked on the inside to get this done.

When we resume live streams (likely in July), we’ll talk about what we can do to encourage gold and silver banks and businesses to move to Missouri.
