Live Stream tonight – NEW news on SAPA, SB3 and more

Happy Saturday gang. We’ll be live tonight, hopefully on all four platforms… Twitter (X), Rumble, Odysee and You Tube. Prism (the software we use to broadcast to 4 platforms simultaneously) has ended its free support for streaming to more than one platform at the same time. We’ll try all four tonight, if it fails, I will just be streaming to rumble tonight until we find another solution. If we are limited to one platform, I will upload the live stream to all the other platforms within a day or two of the live stream.

Ron Calzone from mofirst.org joins us tonight to discuss the state of Missouri’s SAPA along with very interesting data coming from the 8^th circuit court (concerning Illinois), redistricting efforts proposed by the Missouri freedom caucus and a lawsuit filed against SB3. We’ll also discuss the idea of holding community meetings for individuals and businesses to learn about transacting in silver and gold and to help people learn about all the opportunities Missouri’s new law affords us. The first of such meetings will likely be toward the end of September in Owensville, Missouri hosted by Sam Britton. We’ll keep you posted as others in the Initiative work to setup meetings in their areas. I will be happy to speak at these meetings and will work on getting promotional materials from all three of the bullion banks and other gold/silver companies for each meeting.

We will resume live streaming with bullion banks next week (if we can schedule it). On August 24, 2025 we will have another 3 hour show on “Off the Cuff” on Missouri Liberty Radio with Sam Britton with silver and gold companies, banks and influencers. Now that Missouri’s law has passed and will be in effect August 28, the education process is beginning, the opportunities are beginning to present themselves for businesses and individuals to take advantage of the new laws and generating income as well. On August 24^th, this topic will be explored in depth.

We will resume our conversations of removing taxes from property in Missouri soon, we are still waiting on some data before we go forward with discussions.

July 19th News Letter. Tonight’s guest – Dennis Keating with UPMA

We will be streaming tonight with a special guest, Dennis Keating (Director of Channel Sales – UPMA) who will be presenting information on UPMA, how to setup an account with UPMA, how to transact with gold and silver with a UPMA account and business solutions that UPMA has. This will be the first of 3 bullion banks we will feature in our educational series of transacting with gold and silver. The other two are Kinesis and Glint. We will be on the usual platforms tonight. We’ll be on X (Twitter), Rumble, You Tube, and Odysee. The software I use to broadcast our streams (Prism) is ending it’s free use to broadcasting to multiple platforms simultaneously. We may be using different software for the next live stream, so please bear with me as we may have to work out bugs when this transition occurs in 2 weeks or so.

Since Missouri has now passed the Missouri Constitutional Money Act, it is now time to follow up with education on how this all works and the new options Missourians (and businesses in Missouri) now have to start transacting in gold and silver. MoFI will be working with our partner, Citizens for Sound Money to help provide this education nationally with videos, social media and public speaking/presentations. MoFI DOES NOT advocate for any one company over another, as our Constitutional Money Act was a free market action, we will work with any and all silver/gold concerns so they see the interest in Missouri for market presence in our state. Missouri now has the BEST laws/protections for silver/gold companies to operate in. Let’s make sure they know this. I am getting a LOT of interest on our idea of eliminating residential property tax in Missouri. Data collection on the feasibility of it has begun and work is happening in the background. Please be patient with me on this, we need a lot of information in order to start working the numbers. There has been a lot of interest in the Missouri House to do something to lower property tax in Missouri as well, the wheels are getting greased. I will reach out to specific representatives in the coming weeks and exchange findings and ideas for a joint resolution. Offline meetings on this will most likely begin when I return from Minnesota. Everyone will be welcome (including interested Jefferson City politicians) but they will NOT be recorded or live streamed. I will announce these meetings via e-mail in advance for those who want to participate. My hope is that MANY grassroots organizations participate in this, the more the better. We need ideas and thinkers for a bill such as this because the prevailing wisdom is that it cannot be done. We were told SAPA could not be done and the Constitutional Money Act could not be done but we Missourians keep making these things happen anyway. Let us create a joint resolution bill that involves a grassroots action and activity/support the likes of which Jefferson City has never seen before. Let’s be an example to the nation and work to be the first state to eliminate residential property tax in a realistic and permanent way.

There will not be a live stream next weekend. I will be traveling up to Minnesota for a mini family reunion and to finish setting Retha’s grave stone. Our next live stream will be on the 2^nd of August.

July 12th, News Letter & Constitutional Money Act.

Happy Saturday gang! We’ll be live streaming tonight at 7:30PM Central time. We’ll be on You Tube, X (Twitter), Rumble, and Odysee. There is a lot to discuss, plans to make, duties to perform…etc. We’ll cover it tonight.

July 10 at 3:00PM, Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe signed into law the Constitutional Money Act. This was just the beginning of the work that needs to be done. We need to let all silver and gold businesses know about our new laws/protections for silver and gold. We’ll discuss this tonight.

I am very proud of our group and MANY Missouri grassroots organizations that assisted in the 3 year process of moving an idea into a law that is now considered the national sound money legislation model. Citizens for Sound Money deserves a lot of credit as well, as Daniel Diaz and many others he brought in from out of state to help were in the trenches with us fighting to get this done. It’s been suggested that I write a book (for historical purposes) about what we went through in the last 3 years although I like the idea, time is always against me and I am not very good at juggling too many projects at once.

For now, it’s enough for me to know that what we accomplished was considered an “impossible task” by many folks because of the sheer strength and boldness of the words in the legislation. Now that the “impossible” is now a reality, we should always remember that our unwavering persistence (particularly in 2023 and 2024), our partnership with Citizens for Sound Money and our desire to protect ourselves from inflation and the eventual CBDC led us to this moment.

July 9th; Constitutional Money update.

Good morning gang. This is another quick and painless email to let you know the signing of HB754 has changed from 2:30PM tomorrow (Thursday 7-10-25) to 3:00PM in the Missouri governor’s office. We will be meeting at 2:00PM in Senator Mike Moon’s office (room 220).

Questions I have been recently asked:

Q: When can we start using silver/gold for transactions?

A: The bill takes effect on August 28, 2025 with the exception of the removal of capital gains tax on silver/gold which is officially removed the beginning of the 2026 fiscal year (January 1, 2026).

Q: How will we know if a business in Missouri is accepting silver/gold for payment?

A: Businesses that start accepting goldbacks and/or coins will most likely have signs in their retail store or online that they do in fact accept gold and silver as payment. (Remember, this is a choice for both you and businesses). It is literally up to us to let businesses know about this (most of them won’t know they have the option as most of them do not follow state politics).

It is my intention to have a live stream on Saturday night at 6:30 PM. We have a LOT to cover. Look for an email on Saturday with details.

Missouri gold and silver bill signing event 7-10-25

Good morning gang. I’ll make this brief. Governor Kehoe has announced the signing of HB754 (which includes the Missouri Constitutional Money Act). It will be next Thursday, July 10 at 2:30PM at the Governor’s office in the capital.

Although space is at a premium in the governor’s office, folks can watch the signing from outside the office as well, which is where most of us will likely be. We will do our best to get photos with us and the governor. Daniel Diaz with Citizens for Sound Money will be coming for this event, I will be there as well. We will be releasing a press release within 24 hours of the signing on the mofree.org website.

The Initiative fought for this for 3 years and it is possibly the most consequential bill of the year. This will open doors for an alternative transactional system but it is up to us to get silver and gold companies to know about Missouri’s new law and all the opportunities the new law affords all of us. We’ll talk about this on our first live stream in 5 months… most likely July 11^th or 12th.

The Initiative has a lot to be proud of with this bill, such as a tax cut. That’s right, the Missouri Constitutional Money Act had a tax eliminated – capital gains for gold and silver (officially on January 1, 2026)! Exciting!

I wanted to thank EVERYONE who called, e-mailed or visited the capital to support the Constitutional Money Act for the past 3 years. YOU got this done. I hope it will inspire other states to do the same.

June 7th News Letter

Happy Saturday gang. I hope you are all well. There is no live stream scheduled at this time but I need to get out a few updates and ask a question.

HB754 (amended with the Constitutional Money Act) is on the governor’s desk but as of yet has not been signed. I am on the top of the list of folks that will be called when the date and time of the signing is scheduled. Anyone is welcome to witness a signing, so I will send out an e-mail as soon as I hear about it, so those who want to go to the capital to witness the signing has as much heads up notice as I get.
We will write and release a press release for the Constitutional Money Act after the governor signs the bill. It will be posted on the mofree.org website. Daniel Diaz (Citizens for Sound Money) and Jim Pelis (Missouri Freedom Initiative) have agreed to help me with writing the press release.
I expect to resume live streams in a month or so. Thank you all for your patience.
I want to ask you all a question. Along with other priorities we will have for 2026, I wanted to know how many folks in the Initiative would be interested in an effort to move real-estate property tax onto sales tax here in Missouri with a Senate or House (or both) joint resolution. I have been talking with some core members of the Initiative that believe that it’s time to do something about property taxes in our state. We shouldn’t have any illusions that this will be a quick and easy task. The resistance from public unions will be high (such as the teachers union). Elimination of property tax by itself is a non-starter; it must be moved to sales tax. Plans are already being formulated on how to write the 5 year plan joint resolution bill but work will not begin on it unless enough people in the Initiative signify they will support this. Please e-mail me back and let me know your thoughts on this. The details of such a bill are complicated and can be discussed in a live-stream with participation from the larger group.
I will be live on the radio tomorrow (Sunday, June 8^th) night (6:00 to 9:00PM) on Missouri Liberty Radio with Sam and Trish Britton. The subject will be Rife machines and how they work killing pathogens and healing the body. This is separate from the Initiative and I am just sharing some of the knowledge I have gained from using the machines and researching them as well. I will ask folks who are using the machines to call in with their testimonies and experiences with them as well. If you are in the Owensville, Missouri listening area, you can find the station at 101.3FM. Otherwise, the program will be streamed from the website. This is a live show, and folks are encouraged to call in with Rife machine experiences and/or questions. I will do my best to answer them but I am not an expert. Folks can EASILY research this 100 year old technology. Since the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), NIH (National Institutes of Health), AMA (American Medical Association) and pharmaceutical companies have been putting out a lot of misinformation and disinformation about these machines, use discernment in your research.
