Nov.16 News Letter

Happy Saturday gang. We will of course do a live stream tonight covering the hottest issue in the state of Missouri right now. We’ll be live on Twitter (X), Rumble, You Tube and Odysee.

Just as Washington DC had some drama over the next Senate Leader, Missouri is now having to decide on a House Speaker. Representative Justin Sparks (House District 110) threw his hat into the House Speaker ring this past week. This is a big deal folks. Corporations have begun to rally around presumed Speaker Representative Jonathan Patterson while the grass roots rally around Justin Sparks. Justin’s platform revolves around rooting out and exposing the corruption in Jefferson City, Patterson’s platform is simply status quo. Let hash it out tonight.

Of course, the HRCC (House Republican Campaign Committee) is not amused with Representative Sparks late bid for the House Speakership. In fact, I’ll bet the HRCC is planning to back Patterson with their clout and their money because the HRCC is the very source in Missouri of getting RINOs and Corporatists elected into the Missouri House. This is because the HRCC forms unholy relationships with corporations to get folks elected that will represent special interests. Have you heard the “envelope” stories that have been floating around Jefferson City for years? No discussion about this House Speaker challenge would be complete without talking about all the stories we hear about the HRCC.

Friends, this is actually a HUGE story. I won’t go into how much courage it takes to take on the status quo and the HRCC in Jefferson City because we already know this. This courage SHOULD be matched with support for Justin. Most of us who regularly go to the capital have heard the never ending rumors of corruption. Those who actually work freedom legislation see the corruption up close and personal and downright obvious. There are MANY mechanisms to kill legislation in Jefferson City, many of these mechanisms are buried in the House Rules package. The House rules package is usually written by the incoming speaker but it is presented by the floor leader in committee who takes credit for the bill. This helps setup the floor leader to become the next speaker because he is showing support for the corporation’s choice for the House Speaker. Justin Sparks represents a massive change in this corrupt Rules package tradition. Trust me, Justin running for the speakership scares the HECK out of the RINOs and corporatist cronies in Jefferson City. To add spices to this already marinated drama, the HRCC WILL be putting all kinds of interesting pressure on YOUR Republican representative to vote for Patterson. It is up to us as individuals to break this cycle by (respectfully) putting pressure on our representatives to vote for Sparks.

In effect, when your representative votes for Patterson, they are voting for the status quo of corruption in Jefferson City. If your representative votes for Sparks, they are voting to clean up corruption in Jefferson City. A contest that by its very nature is divisive and will surely heat up in the next 6 weeks. Missouri’s legislative body is never short of drama. Those who forgo state politics to keep their attention on DC are going to miss out on a “Show-Me State” showdown for the record books. This is another showdown between the conservative people of Missouri VS the RINOs and corporatists. It is worth noting that Jonathan Patterson was COMPLICIT with killing gold/silver legislation with House Speaker Dean Plocher in 2023 AND 2024.

So, how do we actually help? It’s very simple. A call and an email to your Representative asking them to vote for Sparks along with an EXPLANATION of WHY you want them to vote for Sparks. The live stream tonight should give you lots of examples to pick from.

We’ll also be working on a contact list for folks since new people who have been elected have not been sworn in yet and have no e-mail addresses listed on the Missouri House website yet (won’t happen until January).

I am short of time today (as usual), so I will end it here but want to remind you all that Sam Britton will be on “Off the Cuff” on Sunday night (6 to 9PM) If you are not in the Owensville listening area (101.3FM) you can stream the show from his web page.

Please join the live stream tonight and PLEASE don’t keep the information to yourself. Share the information, have others in Missouri join the e-mail list and let’s educate ourselves on what WE can do to help in this effort to clean up corruption in the Missouri legislature.

May God bless us all with good health and with wisdom and courage.

News Letter, Nov. 2nd

Happy Saturday gang. We’ll be live tonight and Daniel Diaz with Citizens for Sound Money will be joining us. We’re on the usual platforms tonight at 7:30 PM Twitter (X), Rumble, Odysee and You Tube.

We’ve got 3 days left until November 5th. I am not here to tell ANYONE how to vote but am happy to share how I am voting and explain why. We’ll do this on the live stream tonight. If Twitter is any indication of how chaotic this cycle will be, it promises to be one for the record books. Rumors are swirling that unrest is expected no matter who wins the presidency. It’s the 7th time it’s the most important election in my lifetime. J

I am old enough to remember that Al Gore claimed to have invented the Internet. This of course was a HUGE distortion of the truth (a lie). However, it did not escape my attention that by the year 2000, society already knew the Internet had changed ALMOST everything, from the information we consume to where we shop and EVERYTHING in-between. I remember in 2000, we still had what we called “Blue Dog Democrats.” A Blue Dog Democrat was someone who was in fact a Democrat, ran for office as a Democrat but shared some principles with the Republicans, such as the right to bear arms and freedom of speech. Now, Democrats campaign on restricting gun rights and censoring free speech – in just 24 years, the entire party has moved further left than many folks are comfortable with. The paradigm of right/left has virtually no meaning if the Constitution and Bill of Rights are not protected from all enemies, foreign AND domestic by those who take the oath of office.

Both parties are highly focused on their differences, which is typical for campaign season. With this in mind, something that could truly unify folks is the value of their pensions, savings and purchasing power. We’re basically at the end of the dollar’s life cycle.

The problem: Many folks simply cannot comprehend that the dollar is dying but mathematically there is no way out. I want to remind folks that in the late 70s and early 80’s, America was in a recession AND the dollar was losing value through inflation very fast. At the time, Federal Reserve chairman Paul Volker, raised interest rates to almost 20%. This was very painful but no one can say it wasn’t effective. Back then, the United States had only $1 Trillion of debt. The media went after Regan for hitting the $1 Trillion mark for the national debt because this happened on his watch. 20% interest on $1 Trillion of debt between varying bonds was not going to bankrupt the United States Government in the early 1980s.

It gets worse: Today, we have almost $36 Trillion of government (public) debt (36X more debt than in 1980). This does not include unfunded liabilities like Social Security and Medicare. In total, the United States unfunded liabilities are about $220 Trillion. If you add the official debt to this, you get about $256 Trillion dollars. That’s a liability of approximately $760,000 per person in the United States. It’s about $1.9 Million per taxpayer. Raising the interest rate to 20% now, would literally bankrupt the United States government in less than 1 year and put us into a hyperinflation as the Federal Reserve prints more currency to spread throughout the banking system to cover interest payments.

The Math: New currency is created by the Federal Reserve in exchange for US government selling bonds to the Federal Reserve whom auctions the bonds to the large member banks. So here’s the problem, why would someone buy US bonds when there is a debt of about $1.9 Million per taxpayer? Heck, the entire GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of the United States is reportedly at $24 Trillion dollars and the ACTUAL debt with unfunded liabilities is about $256 Trillion. The debt coupled with unfunded liability dwarfs the national GDP. This is a good reason to not invest in US bonds if you ask me. This debt along with interest (currently $1.3 Trillion per year) is mathematically unpayable UNLESS we go into a hyperinflation. Taxing everything away from the rich will not fix this. Taking everything from the middle class will not fix this. This is why the Federal Reserve is buying up bonds from banks in the REPO market. The Federal Reserve is the buyer of last resort. This is called “monetizing the debt.” The Federal Reserve REPO market used to only be open for commercial banks about 2-3 days per year. Since October of 2019, the REPO market has not closed, it’s open 24/7.

Hyperinflation: Hyperinflation is most likely in the cards as this is the “dishonest” way to deal with the debt. The honest way to deal with the debt is also painful and has MANY unintended consequences. The honest way is something called “austerity.” Austerity is cutting back government services AND raising taxes simultaneously. This is the only honest way to “fix” the financial system BUT what are we fixing? We would be fixing a corrupt financial system that enslaves the population. In the past and in modern times, we see that a worthless fiat currency like the dollar is easily weaponized against EVERYONE in the world. Why would we want to save a system like this? Some economists say the existing financial system in America can be repaired but it will take approximately 25-35 years of austerity (little to no government services and EXTREMELY high taxes) to do it (think Communism). This doesn’t sound easy or fun at all especially since many folks are on government programs that do not have a path to get off those services.

The solution: The solution is gold and silver. It’s a relatively easy solution to implement but it will destroy central banks if it is implemented properly. That’s who controls financial policy world-wide – the very same banks that do not want gold and silver solutions. The IMF, Bank of International Settlements and the Central Banks (like the Federal Reserve) would not survive the world going back to REAL money. They have a vested interest in keeping the fiat currency alive and the population enslaved to their products (worthless paper currency), in fact, the existence of these banks DEPENDS on it. This is where the problems begin for implementation. It MUST be implemented through the states, not through the federal government.

The Show: In DC over the years, there have been many attempts and bills filed to audit the Federal Reserve and to back the dollar with gold. There was finally a partial audit of the Federal Reserve but the books the auditors were allowed to look at were the same books that were already publicly available. What was wanted was a look at the “2nd balance sheet” that was discovered by Catherine Austin Fitts back in 2015. Unfortunately, that balance sheet was not made available for the audit. There are bills still filed nearly every 2 years in DC to back the dollar with gold but they NEVER get ANY traction. This is by design and its part of the reality show we call Washington DC. The fact is, states can and have implemented new laws to recognize gold and silver as legal tender but not enough states have accomplished this to make a difference…yet. I think 2025 will tip the scales in favor of gold and silver because the “transient inflation” turned out to be pretty much permanent.

The States: The states have the Constitutional Right to make gold and silver legal tender and the free market has MANY solutions to make it actually work. It’s turnkey, it’s ready to go but for some reason, the states have been slow in implementing gold and silver. This is mainly because state general assemblies and governors are afraid the federal government will cut their federal funding dollars if gold and silver solutions are implemented in their states. Let’s talk about this tonight.

I did take some time to visit with Dunagun Keiser this week on his popular You-Tube channel Liberty and Finance. Daniel Diaz was also on his channel this week.

I’ll end it here for this email as it is a bit long in the tooth and I am out of time today. I hope to see some of you tonight.

May God bless us all with good health and with wisdom and courage.

News Letter, Sept. 7th

Happy Saturday gang! Unfortunately, there will be no live stream tonight. I am burning the midnight oil at one of my customer sites that was hit with a power surge and many electronic items are not working properly (if at all). It is a Sheriff’s office jail, so it’s a priority. It was a storm from last Saturday, so I can definitely tell you it is taking a lot of my time. I’ve done a show about a year ago with Sam Britton (Missouri Liberty Radio) talking a bit about electrical surge suppression. In the case of my customer, they were very well surge protected except in the ceiling of the jail control room where some maglock door control equipment was moved to by another vendor last fall. That was where the surge came from and it spread through the network via the Ethernet cable because the equipment in the ceiling was not surge protected and were also on the Ethernet network. Rather than get technical on how power spikes look for ground, I will tell you the surge protection I use at my house AND recommend for my customers.

Type 1: Isobars (Made by Tripp Lite). Here’s the link to Amazon’s Tripp Lite page. These are top quality surge suppressors. They are more expensive than other brands but I have used other (cheaper) brands before and been very disappointed. Shop around the internet and you can sometimes find Tripp Lite Isobars cheaper on other retailer’s web sites. The two outlet model that affixes to a regular wall outlet is my favorite. These are literally all over my house and in most cases, all over my customer sites as well.

Type 2: CyberPower Battery Backups: Here’s a link to Amazon’s CyberPower page. I have these battery backups at every computer in my house. These are not only surge protection, they have battery power and can keep your computer going while the power is out. It’s VERY nice if you are working on a long document and there is a sudden power surge or power outage. Sam Britton has recently partnered with a battery concern here is Missouri. I intend to meet with them. I prefer to do business with Missouri based companies whenever possible. All battery backups I use MUST be AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation) and for some applications (televisions, audio equipment, and high-end computer servers) I use Pure Sine wave backups that are also AVR.

Having a customer site crippled by a power surge absolutely sucks. I am usually very stressed out from the time I am called and told “We just had a major storm roll through and had several minor power outages and now critical systems are down.” The stress continues until everything is back up and running – and sometimes it can take weeks to replace and/or repair systems that have been damaged. There are cases when surge damage is cumulative and items do not fail immediately. If you are a nerd like me, sometimes, on equipment with intermittent failures, you might open the item up and examine the capacitors and look for obvious damage and/or swelling of the capacitors. This is a sure sign there was heat damage (which is what power surges do to unprotected electronic equipment). Be very careful when examining capacitors installed on electronics, they DO contain voltage and must be discharged safely first.

Being a self-employed IT Consultant the past 22 years has been a great gig. I used to put up a video now and then about Internet security, surge suppression, Best Practices and explanation videos about how to fix the simple things on your computer yourself on our old channel “Truth Money and Freedom Podcast” back in 2018. Most of those videos were removed by You Tube (music “copyright” strikes on a non-monetized channel). I’ve also thought about doing videos of building/repairing guitars at some point (a hobby of mine) but time has never allowed for it. What we do in Missouri is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT and has always been my priority. I have many hobbies but time is short and saving our states is more important to me than documenting my hobbies.

Missouri First’s Ron Calzone announced a new organization on September 4th. It is called the “Article 3 Institute.” You can see the website here. This is definitely the big news of the week and is much needed in Missouri. Rather than go into much detail now, we will DEFINTELY cover this next week on the live stream. This is a big deal folks, trust me. 😉

Unfortunately, this is all I can write for now…it’s time to go back to work. Thank you all for your patience with me.

May God bless us all with good health and with wisdom and courage.

News Letter Aug 31

Happy Saturday gang! Yes, we will be live tonight at 7:30PM Central time. We will be live on all the regular platforms. Twitter (X), Rumble, Odysee and You Tube. We will be gathering on Guilded again tonight (it’s still working) and will be moving to Signal soon (look for updates on that).

Ron Calzone will be joining us tonight to let us know what is happening with SAPA as it has officially been struck down by the 8th Circuit Court. The opinion can be found here. For those who do not know who Ron Calzone is, he and Dave Roland penned the original Second Amendment Preservation Act in 2012-2013. We started this organization specifically to get SAPA over the finish line and joined the legislative effort in 2020 along with Ron Calzone (Missouri First), Aaron Dorr (Missouri Firearms Coalition) and MANY others. It was a massive group effort to get this done and we succeeded in 2021, complete with Governor Parson’s signature. In 2015, Michael Boldin with the Tenth Amendment Center predicted that if SAPA in its purest form was ever passed by a state, the Federal Government would fight it in the court citing the US Constitutional “Supremacy Clause.” We’ll discuss his accurate prediction tonight and how the court is knowingly distorting the clause to try to destroy SAPA or any other 10th Amendment issue brought by states legislative efforts.

The Missouri Firearms Coalition is no doubt gearing up to defend SAPA on every front (including court and legislative options). Please consider a membership with them for as little as $35.00. They (MOFC) are Missouri specific. I am a member with them as well.

The Missouri Constitutional Money Act language is being worked on. Even before the general elections, the dynamic has changed for the general assembly. We will have new folks coming into office that will need to be educated on gold and silver (and free market solutions for transactions.) The newest version of the bill will look very much like the Senate perfected version of SB735. However, when it is ready, the preview of the bill will be posted front and center of our web site as other states are waiting for our language to help craft their own versions of the bill. This should be done within a week or two.

Citizens for Sound Money are working on legislation for other states and will continue their mission to lobby in states across the country to get gold/silver legal tender legislation passed. In fact, you can join Citizens for Sound Money as a pioneer member of the organization for as little as $25.00 per year. If you can afford it and feel called to do so, please consider a membership with Citizens for Sound Money. I became a member this week.

Sam Britton with Missouri Liberty Radio is still going strong with his new schedule (Wednesday nights 6:00 to 9:00PM Central).

John Williams with the Missouri Liberty Report is also alive and kicking. John can be found on You Tube and Rumble.

Live streams will continue weekly until the end of September. I have work projects that have been put off that I must now resume. Most likely, September 21 and 28 we will NOT be doing a live stream. Beyond that, approximately 1 week per month I will be in Minnesota working on my parent’s estate for approximately the next year (self-imposed deadline).

That’s all for now gang, hope to see you all tonight.

May God bless us all with good health and with wisdom and courage.

Live Stream Tonight, 7/13 7:30pm

Happy Friday gang. We will be doing a live stream tomorrow night at 7:30 PM Central. The usual platforms of Twitter (X), Rumble, Odysee and You Tube. If you have not seen the state gubernatorial debate yet, you can view the recording here.

  1. Governor: Bill Eigel
  2. Lt. Governor: Tim Baker
  3. Attorney General: Uncertain
  4. Secretary of State: Denny Hoskins
  5. Treasurer: Lori Rook
  6. 29th Senate District: Mike Moon
  7. 139th House District: Bob Titus

This has already been a busy summer so far for me. Along with my regular grassroots activity, I am also heading into project time at work and my Dad is very sick and I am making visits to Minnesota. Things are a bit compressed for me right now but I am doing my very best to try to keep up. A voter guide is a top priority right now but getting the time to work on it is eluding me. I have noticed the same with other grassroots leaders across the state. I have received 18 emails asking for how I intend to vote, so tomorrow night, we’ll discuss that. For those who do not have the time to view the live stream, here are my personal picks for statewide (and my district) office.

There are reasons for my personal picks and we’ll discuss YOUR picks and reasons for your favorite candidates tomorrow night. The three most critical offices for moving Missouri back toward conservative principles in my opinion are governor, attorney general and secretary of state. Our current attorney general (Andrew Bailey) is spending time at fundraisers with current Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe, which does not impress me. Mike Kehoe is attracting BIG corporate donations which in turn becomes a war chest for advertising. Believe me, he needs it because many of us have not forgotten Kehoe’s pushing of the largest tax increase in Missouri’s history, the so called “gas tax” of 2021 which was deliberately structured to avoid the Hancock amendment – thereby passing the new tax increase without a vote of the people. Yes, Mike Kehoe did that and he is supposed to be conservative. Now we understand why many democrats support Mike Kehoe in the gubernatorial race – he is a RINO. If we are to clean up the corruption in Missouri, the RINOs and corporatists MUST be sent a STRONG message.

Grassroots leaders are chiming in with their picks for state offices. Bev Ehlen was recently criticized publicly by Scott Faughn for her picks. Bev is practically an institution for conservative grassroots in Missouri. She is always at the capital during the legislative session supporting conservative grassroots legislation. She works tirelessly with the central committees and with the GOP to try to clear out corruption too. What this means is simple. Scott Faughn has made it his business to attack the Missouri conservative grassroots (on behalf of the RINOs and corporatists). This makes sense because MANY politicians are feeling the grassroots backlash from SB727. It is politically difficult for someone who is running for Missouri statewide office to go after the grassroots the way Ben Baker did during the “school choice” bill. Scott first insinuated the conservative grassroots for taking liberal dark money in exchange for going after Dean Plocher for his many scandals back in 2023. That rumor persists in the Missouri legislature but only with the corporatists and RINOs. Make no mistake, there is a machine working here that is designed to derail grassroots efforts and conservative candidates by the RINOs. We saw it happen at the convention and we’re seeing it in real time with Scott Faughn. Scott recently told me on Twitter that I cannot be interviewed on his program because “people don’t care about me” and “I am not relevant.” I think if Scott is going to continue attacking the grassroots, someone from the conservative grassroots should be able to share their “thoughts” on Scott’s musings – live, on his show. This would give us a chance to ask him about his felony record and his possible connections to BIG Democrat financiers in the state and his never ending accusations attacking grassroots with what the RINOs are actually doing (a democrat tactic).

Our (mostly) structured visits to the capital and just plain talking to the folks in Jefferson City does give our organization a lot of insight as to what is actually going on in Jefferson City. We can see it in real time during the legislative session. If you are asked by someone, feel free to share who you are voting for and why. Your perspective matters, your experience matters and your witness to the shenanigans in Jefferson City matters. Just as when one is buying a car, the salesman is a worse witness than a mechanic. To get perspective of what is “under the hood” in Jefferson City and the candidates running for office, a grassroots activist is a great person to compare notes with.

Tomorrow (Saturday) morning, I am door knocking with push cards again for Senator Mike Moon. I will also be handing out push cards for Bill Eigel and Lori Rook. Details below. If anyone is interested in joining us, I’ll see you at 9:00AM at the Baked Bean Coffee Shop in Nixa, Missouri. If you have never done this before, there will be training and you can always partner up with someone who is a door knocking veteran. Donuts and coffee will be served before the door knocking starts. I am actually big on this. Before a primary, door knocking and putting up signs for a candidate are actually critical. Mike Moon is someone we MUST keep in the Senate and has the most constitutional vote history in the senate. This is why the RINOs are trying to primary him.

Tomorrow night, our live stream at 7:30 PM Central.

On Monday, July 15 in Ozark, the Missouri Republican Assembly are hosting a “Meet the Candidates” event that will feature live outdoor debates between candidates of the Senate and House districts that are in Ozark. I will definitely be there to support my Senator, Mike Moon. If you are in the area, I encourage you to come to this event.

Details coming soon for the door knocking event on July 27 in Clever Missouri. It’s officially a Bill Eigel door knock but I will also be handing out push cards for Mike Moon, Lori Rook & Denny Hoskins. If Bob Titus has push cards, I will distribute them as well.

I ask for prayers for my Dad. His heart is tired, he misses Mom.

May God bless us all with good health and with wisdom and courage.
