Missouri Freedom Initiative

News Letter Sept 23

Happy Saturday gang! Wow! What a week we’ve had. We’ll talk about that in more detail in the live stream tonight at 7:30 PM Central time. This last week was filled with spills, chills and thrills. A few in our gang keep digging up information on the fireside software and the parent company fiscal note. We’ll cover it tonight.

The main theme for the live stream will be about draining the swamp at the state level. Most folks never think about it on the state level (which is easier to accomplish) but it’s absolutely necessary. Let’s convert some of the energy out there that is driven by anger, frustration, hopelessness and indifference into something useable, possible and hopeful. It’s time for folks to consider ending their addiction to federal politics/news and get involved in their state/local politics where they CAN make a difference. Missouri is blazing a trail for all to see and we’re definitely getting noticed for it. Let’s inspire other states to follow our lead. If enough states start this process, we can save the entire nation.

In line with requests from the folks out there that want to review, I was on several platforms in the past week. The first was on Wednesday night where Rogue Politics and I were invited to Caravan to Midnight with John B. Wells to talk about all the data on Fiscal Note, and the Fireside software they are trying to get into county, state and federal government for constituency management. Rogue Politics, a relatively new podcast (created by Catherine Dreher and Kirby Lane) is getting a lot of attention because of their breaking story and their excellent research and journalistic work.

I was invited back last night (Friday 9-22-23) for a follow up with John B. Wells again. For those who do not want to listen, I was referencing the news that came out yesterday morning about the FBI investigating Representative Plocher’s behavior in aggressively pushing the Fireside software on staff members in the house (and speculatively addressing the rumor that he was basically going to receive $800,000 in his PAC if the software sale went through.) The story about the FBI and their involvement was carried by the Missouri Independent and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

I visited with Dunagun Keiser again on Liberty and Finance. The show will premier tonight at 8:00 PM (during our live stream).

Rogue Politics has released a new video exposing the political and financial connections that are hindering efforts to get meaningful IP Reform debate/legislation in the state of Missouri. This story has been well researched. I highly recommend everyone listen to this information so that the players, the game and the money changing hands are common knowledge before the 2024 legislative session. Rogue Politics will have a web page hosted by Missouri Freedom Initiative in the VERY near future, so that all the platforms they are on (Video and Audio) are easily accessible to everyone.

John Williams with the Missouri Liberty Report live streamed yesterday and delved into the issues the people of Missouri have with a squishy Republican*, namely Representative Dean Plocher. He also covered another squishy Republican, Representative  Jonathan Patterson. John went on to cover issues with the Union Strikes with the auto manufacturers. You can view his video here.

Sam Britton with the Missouri Liberty Radio will welcome back Catherine Dreher and Kirby lane tomorrow night (Sunday, September 24) at 6:00 PM Central on Sam’s signature show, “Off the Cuff.” Sam is eager to catch up with Rogue Politics after their recent string of news breaking stories about corruption in Missouri politics. Be sure to catch the live show if you’d like to call in and speak with these amazing ladies. Sam broadcasts on 101.3 FM in the Owensville Missouri market but also streams on the Internet.

Also, next Sunday (October 1), Sam will welcome first time guest Mark McCloskey who will discuss what he and his wife Patricia went through with former prosecutor Kim Gardener when they famously stood their ground at their home during a BLM protest in Saint Louis, Missouri in 2020. Mark is also working on a new project in Missouri to help Republican Central Committees avoid lawsuits from squishy Republicans as they begin the process of vetting candidates who want to run for office in Missouri under the Republican banner.

I will be attending Travis’s monthly Prepared Homestead meeting tomorrow, Sunday September 24 in Roby, Missouri. The meeting start time is usually around 2:00PM and generally ends around 4:00 PM. I can’t say enough about these meetings and the community forming around them. Travis AND his work are truly inspirational. Travis is on You-Tube and Rumble.

I visited the Christian County Central Committee meeting this past Tuesday. And have Franklyn County scheduled for next month. The tour continues.

That’s all for now gang, I hope to see you tonight on the live stream.

May God bless us all with good health and with wisdom and courage.

Yours for liberty,

Patrick Holland

  • Squishy Republican (Coined by John Williams) : DEFINITION

A squishy Republican is a person who runs as a Republican but has no loyalty to the party platform. Squishy Republicans are soft and malleable and their behavior/political views are easily shaped by the corporations and special interests that fund their campaigns and/or Political Action Committee (PAC).

Goldbacks For Missouri

The Goldback solves a 2,600 year old problem in that gold can be spent in small, interchangeable increments.

For thousands of years, man has been trading with Gold and Silver being used as the instrument of trading, be it in the form of a coin, a raw nugget, or Gold dust gathered from months of panning. Since the dawn of time, man has recognized Gold as a true object of value in which he could store his wealth. Even today, man still recognizes Gold as a comodity of value representing wealth that will always have value.

in the beginning of the settlement of North America, each of the thirteen colonies began to issue printed paper promissory notes to pay a debt later. They were traded throughout the colonies like the fiat dollar is today, all holding a note produced by a Commonwealth Bank. These instruments of debt were more akin to the Federal Reserve Treasury Bill that banks of today use to store semi-liquid wealth with rather than holding on to the ever diminishing dollar. They both are a promise to pay back later rather, unlike the fiat dollar which only has the word of the government that it has value and nothing else.

The first actual currency issued by the Continental Congress in 1775 was to help with the cost of defending the colonies from King George as he continued to impose his will on the colonies. This new Currency issued by the Continental Congress rapidly became worthless because there wasn’t anything of value backing it. When asked, the Colonies were also economically floundering. Kind of like the U.S. Dollar of today, just paper printed with actually no promise to pay value. When you think of this, why do Americans continue to place their trust in trading with a currency that holds no value other than the common belief that it does.

When I was a boy, My Dad took our family back to Butte Montana where he had lived the first half of his life. While visiting a store up town, he gave me a $5 bill to buy something. When the shop clerk opened the register, he pulled out 3 Silver Dollars and gave them to me as change. My dad, in response told me, to paraphrase him, ” here in this mining town, Silver is trusted over paper”. What has changed so much in our society where everyone has abandoned real wealth for a Government’s worthless promise?

In the beginning where there was so much larceny and trading of fake Colonial notes, our Forefathers were wise in placing their trust in a Gold and Silver standard by continually trading with the real thing, Gold and Silver coinage as well as a Bullion backed Dollar that could be redeemed at any time. Banks were issuing Gold backed notes and the Feds backed the Dollar with Silver. In 1933, we were transitioned over to a Gold Standard, although the silver Certificate remained as the instrument of trade in our Country until 1964. Since the3n, our fiat currency has been totally worthless and yet we still accept the devaluing Dollar while watching any value that it may have had collapse before our eyes. As for me, I am preparing for a new future economy here in Missouri by saving with Gold and Silver.

Thomas Strike  jr.

Goldbacks . . .

  • do not need someone else’s approval to spend.

  • do not specify where they can be spent, or what they can be spent on.

  • are anonymous — there is no need to know who you are to spend them.

  • generate no data on your transaction for third parties to record.

  • can be spent, traded, or purchased with no fees.

  • can be quickly counted to know exactly how much you have on hand.

  • can not be frozen in your account by a payment processor.

  • are not a ‘counterparty’ instrument.

A Few More . . .

  • are not eaten away by account or storage fees.

  • do not need layers of hardware and software to operate at the point of sale.

  • have universal value worldwide via their precious metal content.

  • can be carried on your person.

  • do not depend on their supply or scarcity for value.

  • do not need electricity, the internet or hardware to have value.

Live stream tonight at 7:30pm 09/17

Happy Saturday gang! Another weekend, another live stream tonight at 7:30 PM Central. Time has been a commodity I have not had much of in the past 3 weeks or so. It’s reflected in a few of the projects I intended to get done but remain undone. We will live stream on Odysee once again tonight but going to Rumble/Odysee simultaneously is a high priority and I still aspire to get us there soon.

On tonight’s live stream we hope to be joined by Kirby Lane from Rogue Politics. For those who have not seen the recently video that featuring Kirby Lane, please do so. It was explosive and timely and it made a huge difference for every single soul in Missouri by exposing possible corporatist corruption that nearly allowed for AI/ESG/Social Credit Scoring capable software to find its way into the Missouri capital for use by our elected officials. Updated videos were released today. Missouri House hearing on the Fireside Software and an update from Kirby with a few clarifications.

I think it might be a good time to talk about courage. What is courage? Why do we need courage? What are the benefits of courage? Most of you will remember the 1939 classic film, the Wizard of Oz. In the movie, one of the main characters, the lion was a coward and was seeking courage from the Wizard. In the end, it was determined, the lion had courage within him all along, he just needed a little “encouragement” to find out he could be courageous.

We have problems in our state, and indeed our country. In order to solve problems, we need free speech so we can critically examine the problems. Big tech in partnership with government and 3 letter agencies have curtailed a lot of free speech. Politicians who take the oath of office are taking an oath to protect the Constitution, whether they are your local mayor, all the way up to President of the United States. “ Your interests may be very different from mine, so an oath to “protect the people” would inherently create numerous and insoluble conflicts. An oath to uphold the Constitution, on the other hand, obligates them to protect our rights, leaving us free to protect our own interests, which individuals can do better for them selves than anyone else.” In other words, it is the responsibility of every person who takes the oath of office to defend the rights of their constituents. Many elected officials fail on this one measure spectacularly in full view of the public and are NOT called out on this simple concept that made America the greatest/freest nation on earth. If “we the people” do not call them out, we are in fact encouraging this bad behavior and allowing it to fester.

What is needed is for elected officials to be courageous and come forth when they see corruption or something that can lead to corruption. Many are afraid to do so, for a variety of reasons. Those who do come forth should enjoy the appreciation of the people as well. If we do not get a handle on impropriety and corruption at ALL levels of politics in Missouri, Missouri could look much more like Illinois than most people currently want to believe. This is NOT something to aspire to; this is to be avoided at all costs.

Corruption at the state level comes in multiple forms. It can involve pressure from party leadership to do something wrong or to not do something at all, it can be blocking bills from floor time, it can be allowing bills to be heard on the floor but a coordinated effort to sabotage the bill during floor time, it can be an effort to pass corporatist bills and not pass any legislation that ACTUALLY benefits the people of the state, it can be a bill that carries amendments that escape scrutiny because of lack of time or effort…etc. We, the people of Missouri can see this happen all the time in the general assembly. The solutions involve two basic concepts, the ability to speak freely and the courage to do so. Missouri is worth saving, so is the United States. ALL of us need to do better when vetting candidates who run for office and speaking freely when problems are seen with our politicians and/or their behavior. We need to be vigilant and pay attention to their activities and communicate with them often and encourage them to “do the right thing.” If you are not talking to your Representative or Senator, even during the legislative off season, the only folks they will be hearing from are lobbyists. If you are not vetting folks running for office in your district, lobbyists and competing political parties will gladly do it for you. This is what breeds corporatism/corruption in government, when the people put vetting and communications with their representation on “auto pilot.” Keeping in communication with your representation has ENORMOUS benefit for both you and for your representation and by proxy, the entire state.

Last week, Sam Britton welcomed Missouri Senator Denny Hoskins to the “Off the Cuff” program. You can listen to the archive of that transmission here.  Sam’s program is broadcast on 101.3FM in Owensville Missouri but is streamed live from his website. He will be on again tomorrow night (9-17-23) at 6:00 PM Central.

Yesterday, John Williams with the Missouri Liberty Report welcomed back Tom Martz of the Locke and Smith Foundation. Discussions with Tom are ALWAYS a treat and his perspective is always appreciated and he is a valued member of the Missouri grassroots effort. Tom Martz can be heard every Friday morning on KSGF radio in Springfield, Missouri (104.1FM). Tom’s organization (Locke and Smith Foundation) rates Missouri legislator’s votes using the Missouri Constitution as the measure. No other organization is doing this in Missouri (to my knowledge) and Tom makes this information public. I will have details in next week’s email.

Rogue Politics (Catherine Dreher and Kirby Lane) will be producing more content VERY soon, so keep an eye out for it. These two ladies are not new to the Missouri grassroots effort but Rogue Politics is. They are providing invaluable data on everything from local to state politics and are pulling the threads on impropriety and corruption regarding finance in Missouri politics.

Our amazing webmaster Tom is still touching up the website. Changes are happening almost every day. More content/functionality are coming soon.

We are very close to getting the new silver/gold language. Stay tuned. 😉

I am planning to attend the Christian County Republican Central Committee meeting this coming Tuesday at 7:00 PM. I am continuing my tour of Republican Central committee meetings statewide.

That’s it for now gang. I hope to see you tonight on the live stream.

May God bless us all with good health and with wisdom and courage.

Yours for liberty,

Patrick Holland

CALL TO ACTION… Sept. 11th

My friends, I find myself again with little to no time to write a long descriptive email about activities centered around the Missouri capital on Tuesday, September 12 2023. So we’ll do an outline format, sorry.

      1. The Missouri House will be voting for the Speaker and floor leader positions for January, 2025. This is not a joke, they are voting 14 months before general elections and 16 months before they take their positions.

      1. Jonathan Patterson is the presumed successor to Dean Plocher for the Speakership but someone else is running, I do not know who.

      1. Patterson helped Dean Plocher to kill SB100 (The silver/gold legal tender bill).

      1. Patterson is the supposed author of HR11 (The House rules) that absorbed much of the representative’s power into the Speakership position.

      1. The House will have a committee hearing on the “fireside” software for the capital

      1. The software is redundant and is truly not needed

      1. The Capital IT chief is recommending against the purchase

      1. It will cost $800,000 and will be a 2 year contract

      1. The software company has been tied to ESG, the WEF and to Dean Plocher personally.

      1. Missouri Constituent database (and voter rolls database) would be held by a third party if this transaction goes through.

      1. Rumor: Dean will get a HUGE campaign contribution to his PAC from the software company if the purchase of the software is completed.

      1. Rumor: Dean will share his new found wealth with his friends in leadership positions to help with their 2024 campaigns (can you say “money laundering?”).

      1. Video produced today with Rogue Politics (MUST SEE)  about this issue: https://youtu.be/QwkUQk0u9IA

      1. Same Video on Rumble: https://rumble.com/v3go7bc-is-missouri-house-speaker-dean-plocher-an-agent-of-the-world-economic-forum.html

      1. We can expect to have some news on Silver/Gold legislative language very soon.

      1. Website is continually updated by webmaster Tom. Forums are ready but we’ll open the forums when the new silver/gold bill is finished (inside of two weeks).

      1. Missouri House Member Roster: https://house.mo.gov/MemberRoster.aspx

I will be speaking at the Cass County Republican Central Committee meeting tomorrow night (9-11-23) at 7:00 PM.

I will not be able to make it to the capital on the 12th BUT I do encourage others to go if they can. There’s work to be done (please refer to the video).

Sam Britton (Missouri Liberty Radio)  is hosting Travis with the Prepared Homestead tomorrow night in Owensville, Missouri. If you are in the area, please consider attending.

May God bless us all with good health and with wisdom and courage.

    NEWSLETTER Sept. 9th

Good afternoon gang! Another Saturday, another live stream tonight at 7:30 PM Central (9-9-23). We’ll be discussing the initiative petitions filed in Missouri that are intended to undermine our SAPA (Second Amendment Preservation Act) law tonight. This is an attack on SAPA that is separate but not unrelated to the DOJ attacks on Missouri.

This email will be short, because I am running late and because of my lack of time to write on the many details on many issues the Missouri Legislature will be dealing with this coming up week (Veto session) and our existing project updates. Expect another e-mail tomorrow that will contain a lot of information and a call to action. I failed to get the software ready for Rumble this weekend (lack of time) so we will be exclusively on Odysee for tonight (sorry gang, I am trying).

*Tip: A friend of the organization contacted me this morning and said he had info that pointed to gasoline is going up a minimum of $.50 per gallon in the next day or two in Missouri. I do not have time to verify but thought I would pass it along if you are out and about today, you may want to top off the gas tank.

I hope to see you tonight on the stream.

May God Bless the liberty revolution world-wide.

    NEWSLETTER Saturday Sept. 2

Happy Saturday gang. We’re live streaming tonight at 7:30 PM (9-2-23). I’d like to welcome the new folks that have signed up for our e-mail list and have an interest in what we do. Tonight, our focus will shift off of gold and silver as we have no new news on our legislation this week. Tonight’s topic will be about Missouri public schools and their appetite for more money. We’re sounding the alarm because there may be a nation-wide effort to max out bond capacity before an eventual housing market crash. This crash will by definition lower the valuations of homes in the district and make it more difficult if not impossible to procure bonds for the districts during the doldrums of a corrected housing market. We’ll go into a lot of detail on this tonight. Whether you live in Missouri or another state, this is definitely something to learn more about. Retha will be joining us again tonight to dive deeper into DESE’s website so you can learn more about how to investigate the financing of your school district. All are welcome to join the discussion live in our guilded server and, as always, let’s keep it clean (no foul language please), as our live streams are re-broadcast on 101.3FM (Owensville, Missouri) and through the Internet on Missouri Liberty Radio on Sundays and Wednesdays.

My apologies in advance, I did not get any time this week to prep our Rumble channel for live stream, so we will look forward to streaming to both Odysee and Rumble next week.

Tom (our web master) continues to add functionality to the new web site and the forums are taking shape. The forums will be a very important part of our group’s operations very soon. Check out the new site if you haven’t already and be sure to register for the forums.

Senator Bill Eigel is currently working on our silver and gold bill for 2024. We can realistically expect to see the final draft language in 2-3 weeks. He’s on top of it though. We need to be patient as language is being perfected for an excellent bill that can be also be used by other states as a template to create silver/gold legal tender bills in their states.

I visited with Ron’s Basement again on Thursday morning to cover some topics on gold and silver. Everything from manipulation of the price of the metals to legislation for legal tender was covered. Two videos were recorded and you can see the first one here. The second video will be released sometime later this weekend on his channel.

John Williams with the Missouri Liberty Report had an open forum podcast last night and covered a few national issues. You can see his video here. John is slowly moving to Rumble for his podcast presentation. John’s show can also be heard on the radio at Missouri Liberty Radio and KEYK radio in Lake of the Ozarks.

Sam Britton will be live on Sunday night with “Off the Cuff” on Missouri Liberty Radio. The show airs from 6-9PM Central time. Sam’s show is a live call in show so don’t be bashful, let your voice be heard.

That’s all for now gang, I hope to see you tonight on the live stream.

May God Bless the liberty revolution world-wide.
